Description:
Mantles are falling!
While everyone is expressing leaders are being exposed, the faithful, pure, mature leaders are receiving mantles of the “Generals” for this new era. There has been a change in position and authority. These will be the ones to train up and raise those new voices in the kingdom. 
The vision I received was blue and red mantles made of ancient cloth falling from the sky in different regions and the leaders were grabbing them. They are moving from “preaching” to “teaching” and sharing the gift of wisdom, knowledge and understanding! These leaders will govern in this new shift and the achievements will give an inheritance of Legacy! 
ARISE COMMANDER IN CHIEF! It is time.
